Back again this year we are excited to offer bootybarre to those adults looking to get fit, in a high energy class environment. Michelle Fortin was originally certified to instruct bootybarre in April of 2017 and has continued the training with workshops over the last three year. bootybarre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga. This aerobic workout will tone, define and chisel the whole body. bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. Wednesday evenings class will have an extended cool down to help calm the body and mind before leaving the studio. Fridays morning class will pump you up and get you energized for the day. The fall session of classes will be 13 weeks and run from Sept 16 till Dec 11th.
We are offering two bootybarre classes per week, Wednesday 8:00-9:15 pm, and Friday 6-7am,
We are offering an Unlimited bootybarre package for $170/session, where you can attend any of our booty barre classes during the session (26 classes offered).
A single class/week membership for $140/session, where you can choose one of the classes to attend each week (13 classes).
You may also purchase a 5 class punch card for $75, punch cards are only valid for one session, and balances will not be carried over to the next session.
OR drop in class pass for $18.
Due to social distancing there is limited space in class and it will be first come first serve to people registering for memberships and pre booking a spot with class card or drop in.
